Just a share of thoughts after a bit of reading.
I wonder how many felt depressed after watching Avatar? Read on newspaper today that apparently a lot others do? Because they were walking out from a perfect fantasy world into the dump we have now. The colors of Pandora is so much more attractive, isn't it? I'd think so too. Even though the thought is only ignited from reading what others feel. A sense of blind followership, maybe?
But then I took this afternoon to read one of Stephen King's short stories (yea, right, short my foot!) called The Langoliers. Gee, the describing of several people stuck in a plane that traveled back in time, how the 'past' as we know it, is eaten up by creatures known as the 'langoliers' how colors are 'removed' from the past, how 'present' and 'future' is born. It may sound confusing, but its certainly a very good read for you Bermuda Triangle freaks. The last chapter describes the survivors to be more 'in color' than the rest, which I suppose, can be the glow of happiness from having survived the weird fate of being eaten up and in the past :P
Quickie, like I said.
